According to the pencilled notation on the back of the photo, the people in this image are Col. and Mrs. L. A. McClure posed in this costume party scene as Ambassador Dawes and Queen Mary of England respectively. The "Ambassador" is attired in formal navy attire, with thigh length coat and tuxedo and bow tie. "Queen Mary" is dressed in a gown that trails to the floor, a sash from right shoulder to waist, and a tiara. they are psoed in front of a panelled wood wall.
