Nurse, Bonnie Ellis of Alameda is pictured seated on the back of an airplane seat, holding a baby (2 to 6 months old). Baby appears to be physically deformed. Two other babies are shown lying in file boxes that are strapped into airplane seats. One of the two is sleeping, with bottle in mouth, and appears to be a biracial, Vietnamese/African American female.
