This is a photographic negative of five men associated with the Oakland Oaks inside an office at the Oak's ball park. The man to the far right is approaching one of the gentlemen as if he is going to rough him up. His left hand is in a fist and his chest is thrusted outward. The other four men are smiling so his gesture must be a joke. The second man from the left has his hand up like he is "swearing to the truth and nothing but the truth." All five men are wearing suits. The room has a few photos on its walls and a table and chairs are on the floor and against the wall to the right of the photo.
