Miscellaneous people hover in the background and another armed officer stands nearby. Another young white man stands between two officers. He is handcuffed and wearing a plaid shirt, black jeans and Converse tennis shoes. The photo is one of a set of two photos - see photo #2000.1.675. In that photo the same man is being carried away police. It is unclear which photo and event came first.
