Label mounted to the back of the mount board, "Soldiers on the tarmac on Travis Air Force Base on their way to Vietnam. MTMC (then named Military Traffic Management Terminal Service- MTMTS) contracted World Airways to provide trasportation in support of military activities." Photo shows soldiers walking up a set of boarding stairs to a World Airways jet. A stewardess is standing at the base of the stairs greeting the soldiers. "Travis AFB California" is stenciled on the side of the stairs.
