This menu has a metallic green foil cover, embossed with flowers. Inside is a sheet of peach color paper, with a smaller sheet of cream colored paper over it, upon which the menu is printed in black. "Fish: Boiled Salmon, Melted Butter, Thousand Islands Sauce, Filet of Sole, Americaine, Striped Bass, Printaniere." "Entrees: Noisette of Lamb, Maison d'Or, Filet Mignon, Steuben, Medallion of Sweetbread, Gourmet, Asparagus, Sauce Mousseline." "Cold: Sirloin of Beef, Breast of Pheasant, Rossini."
