The photograph shows Macauley and Dorsay talking. The caption from the Tibune reads: "Here is Edward A. Macauley, superintendent of mails at the Oakland Postoffice, shown with Taoul Dorsey, (left), Deputy United States Marshal from San Francisco just aftre his arraignemnet begore United States Commissioner Dudbley Nebeker [not shown] on charges of theft and embezzlement of mail matter."
Dorsay was Deputy U.S. Marshall and was slain 11/25/1937.
