The map shows many ranchos including Rio de Santa Clara Rancho, Rancho Guadalaska, Rancho El Conejo, Las Posas Rancho, Simi Rancho, Santa Paula y Saticoy Rancho, Rancho Santa Ana, etc. Several points along the coastline are named: Punta Gorda, Pitas Point, Hueneme Point, Middle Point and Mugu Point. "Area 1852 square miles."
