Poster has a black and white image and black text printed on white paper. Text centered at top reads "a plan to save the Lower East Side" followed by a wide, thin bar and then the text "Town Meeting". Central image of a row of apartments. Below the image are two lines of Spanish text, followed by an identical short bar and another two lines of Spanish text. At the bottom of the poster is a piece of paper that has been adhered over the original text. A small piece of white tape with black marker writing has been placed over the new paper addition at the top near the right with a further alteration to the poster content. Poster text now reads "7P.M. Mar. 3rd 185 E. 7th St. (Ave. B)".
