Poster is actually a center insert from a magazine and has a black background with several images of Cuban postage stamps. The center stamp is of a fisherman carrying a basket of fish away from a stream. The upper left corner has a red stamp that has "Havana Cuba 1975" in red. Inside the stamp is , "Amazingly enough, because of the provisions of the US blockade against Cuba, the stamps that appear on this page are illegal contraband. Since the stamps present more a "clear and present danger" to the security of the United States than the smoking of a Cuban cigar, and because they are very beautiful, we have taken the bold step of printing them." Verso has black and white photographs of the Isle of Pines.

The large central stamp image is by reknown Cuban graphic artist Rene Mederos.
