Poster has black ink printed on an orange background. The illustration on the post shows a bald figure with his face facing up. The figure''s mouth is open waiting for a drop of black liquid to fall from a funnel. The funnel is attached to an arm where a hand would be. Sticking out of the funnel is the shape of Africa, being held by clamps on an arm, also where a hand should be. The two arms connet near the bottom of the poster, where dollar signs drip out of the connecting point. To the right is an American flag.
