Multi-color poster has a blue background patterned with suns that have many long thin rays of light. A large graphic centered on the bottom of the page shows Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. wearing a black robe walking between two white figures toward a large yellow sun. One of the white figures holds a gavel at lower right and the other holds gold-colored scales at center left. Text at top reads, "'I have a dream / that one day this nation will rise up / and live out the true meaning of its creed- / we hold these truths to be self-evident, / that all men are created equal...." "-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. / August 28, 1963" is printed at bottom center. The surface of the poster has a glossy plastic coating.
