On original envelope "Mills girls [handwritten-] (same as 1669) [H96.1.2529]." Negative shows a group of student at the display counter in the store. Two women are behind the counter, both are wearing coats. One of the students and one of the sales women, probably Dysart, are holding an object between them as they pose for the photo. An open book is lying on the counter inbetween them.
