In this scene, the office is sited on land in the Eastlawn subdivision, as evidenced by a sign to the left of the office, and the office is presumably a real estate office. In the background there are few one storey houses to the left and right of the office. There is a concrete sidewalk in front of the office, and a single set of trolley tracks in the dirt _street, parallel to the sidewalk. Tthe name Jack Frost is handwritten on the back of the photo.
