According to the notation on the bottom of the photo, the image is of S.L. Whistler on Lots 1, Block 3. Business Corner in 1925. The information on the back of the photo indicates that this is the Northwest corner of E. 14th St. and 67th Ave. It is clear that this is a real estate subdivision. Mr. Whistler and two small children are standing on th lot. A street car is on one of the streets in the center background. The only evidence of a house is a small corner of one at left center. Telephone poles are on the same street as the streetcar. The name Jack Frost is handwritten on the back of thephoto.
