According to the notation on the front and back of the photo, this is the Havenscourt Tract in 1925, and Mr. Wychoff and Mr. Bolton are standing on Lots 107-108, block 23, looking at blueprints. Two solitary barns are at left and center. 67th Avenue is graded, but not paved, and the sidewalk is made of concrete. this is a duplicate of 2000.1.1013
