According to the notation on the front of the photo, Mr. Wcychoof and Bolton are standing on Lot 145 Block 22 at center. They are looking at blueprints. Homes are already built on other nearby lots. A man and woman are standing at a slight distance away from Wychoff adn Bolton. Although not stated, this is in all likelihood the same Bolton and Wychoff seen in as in 2000.1.1022 which would make the location of this photo as the Havenscourt tract in roughly 1925.
