A graded earth [?] street with paved sidewalks, running diagonally off into the distance. On the far side of the street, there are a series of large two- and three-storey houses, all well maintained. Those furthest from the camera appear to have cupolas. Others have balconies, dormer windows, and steeply pitched roofs. Telephonme poles are on the far side of the street. It appears to be an early morning scene, with no sign of life at all. Trees and shrubs line the street on both sides.
