Walker visit to SF 7-19=28" [Mayor "Jimmy" Walker of New York City was well known as a fastidious dresser, and this photo of him is no exception-- JM 8/28/2000] He _is shown, smiling, wearing a silk top hat, a tweed jacket and a meticulously knotted tie. He is standing between two men; the one at right is also smiling.
