A row of 11 policemen, each one carrying a U.S. flag, is marching in an Armistice Day, 1919, parade in Oakland. Behind them there is a uniformed [Navy or Marine?] musician playing a horn; he is part of a military band, as evidenced by the legs of other band members. On the far side of the street, there is a three- or four-storey commercial building, on the ground floor of which is a jewelery store. Flags are hanging out the window fo the upper floors. Two set of streetcar tracks are on the street.
