Two policemen are seated in a wagon, drawn by a two-horse team. One of the officers is seated, holding the reins; the other is seated on one of the two benches that run the length of the wagon behind the driver. The wagon is standing at the curb. On the far side of the wagon are two wood frame buildings, the closest of which may be the police station. At the right edge of the photo there is a large, tall brick building with a twoer and arched windows high up on the side.
