An exterior view of a retail store in the Acorn Redevelopment Project. The sign over the store is "Anntawnnette," and, according to the notation on the back of the photo, the smiling African American woman posed out in front of her store, is Anntawnette herself. The nature of her store itself is not discernible, but there is a poster inside the front window which reads, at the top, "McClymonds High school," and it has two rows of indistinct photographs near the top.
