The notation on the back of the photo reads "WestVaco Plant in Nevada" There is no information to determine whether the plant is a steam generator or a refinery or other plant. The photo shows from left to right, a large vertcial metal tank, a tower shrouded by a metal frame with stairways from top to bottom and two chimneys spewing either smoke or steam, another similar building with one chimney spewing smoke and a similar tower and metal framework, another vertical tank, a large block-like building, and a shop-like building. All told there are four plumes blowing from left to right. Lights are ablaze on the towers and in the buildings. A bundle of elelvated pipes run the width of the plant
