It is possible that the buuilding in this photo is the same one shown in 2000.1.1261 at right in the process of construction in Albany, but there is no date or location given on the back of the photo to confirm it. From what can be seen of the two walls of the building , it is likley sqare [made of concrete] faced with bricks. A large storage tank is inside the perimeter, rising well above the walls. Scaffolding is around the tank, and a construction ladder is still in place (from inside the walls to the top opf the tank). That being the case, the date would be in the fall of 1939 or wibnter of 1940.
