The handwritten notation on the back reads "Jeff Snow with his his electric van." Snow is standing outside of the vehicle, resting his hand on the van's left front fender. The van is parked on a residential street. There is a clue that this may be a right-hand drive vehicle; a rear view mirror on the left side is canted for a driver behind the wheel on the right side [See 2000.1.1325 for confirmation]. The body of the van is squared off at most corners.
