The handwritten notation on the back of the photo reads "Dr. Kenneth Kizer, M.D. pouring toxic waste into machine." The scene is the inside of a corrugated sheet metal building, with exposed piping near the ceiling. Dr. Kizer is pouring out the contents of a beaker held in his right hand into what looks like a sink. In his left hand, he holds an indeterminate item, perhaps a cloth. A man and woman are in the right background.
