The Tribune photo, dated December 7, 1975, has the following caption on the back: "Models show the attractive result if Victorian Row is rehabilitated. At left, looking down Ninth St. from Broadway and, right, from Washington to Broadway would be shopping complex." A scale model of the complex, showing the 2 and 3 storey Victorian buildings. Directors' chairs on the raised sides of the model give a sense of the scale of the model.
