This is a view looking up a slightly inclined sidewalk in the Elmwood district. A man, is walking the wheel of a bicycle toward the camera. The identifiable shops on the avenue are College Ave. Electric (in the foreground), Elmwood Village Shoe, and The Body Shop. They are likely on the east side of the avenue, looking north.
