This is a photographic negative of Charlie Dressen, the Oakland Oaks manager. He is at some type of celebration in which the boy scouts of Hawaii are congratulating him. Charlie is in the middle of the photograph and the only one there wearing an Oaks unifrom. The photograph appears to have been taken at the Emeryville park.
