This is a photographic negative of an Oakland Oaks baseball player at bat. The right-handed batter (wearing #11) is at the end of his swing. The catcher and umpire are both still in their set positions during the pitch. The game is taking place where there are trees all around and not very much seating. The background of the photo is left field and the third baseman can be seen.
