This is a photographic negative of an Oakland Oaks game. The photo of the play at first is taken from the first base side. This scene shows an Oaks player safely arriving at first base. The first basemen is behind the runner attempting to field the errant throw in which the ball can be seen just above the ground to the left of the runners foot in the photo. The third base side's stands are in the background.
