This is a photographic negative of an Oakland Oaks player in a standing pose like he is pitching. There are two United States Army men kneeling next to him and pointing their guns toward the direction of the camera man. Much like the Army men the pitcher is uniform (Oaks). The pitcher's left hand is high above his head and holding a baseball. In his opther hand is his glove. The stands can be seen in the background.
