This is a photographic negative of a runner out at home. The catcher has the ball and is looking to throw it to third base if neccesary. The runner(#22) is heading back to the dugout on the third base side. The on-deck batter (#29) is the closest figure to the camera man and is holding a bat and watching the umpire.Th umpire is to the far left of the action and is holding his right hand in the air as if he just called the runner out. The photo was taken from the first base side of home plate and the third base coach as well as the left field wall can be seen here.
