This is a photographic negative of a Los Angeles Angels player coming home after hitting a home run. The hero's foot is just crossing the plate as he shakes the hands of his teammates. Angel players bearing the numbers 1 and 6 are among the players awating to congratulate the man of the hour. The sulking Oak catcher has his head down as he stands amongst the Angel players at home plate. The photo was taken from the first base side of home plate and toward the third base line. The third base stands can be seen here.
