This is a photographic negative of two men shaking hands. Both men are wearing suits and it seems crossing their fingers on their hands that are not interlocked. The man on the left is standing and the man on the right is sitting onthe desk. In the background a peculiar "shoe trophy or plaque" sits atop a table. These men are most likely Oakland Oak managers of some sort.
