Sixth advertisement poster from the Industrial Promotional Campaign of 1929-1930 for Alameda County. The catch phrase for the poster is "Miles of Runways..." The ad states that Alameda is the only city in Alameda County with a downtown airport, the nearly completed San Francisco Bay Airdrome, which will become a main terminuse for Pacific Coast travel. Several other aviation related businesses are already established or building facilities in Alameda and the War Department as purchased land of an air base and supply depot. A drawing of a map showing Alameda's proximity to Oakland and the construction planes for Alameda. The donor's father was the graphic designer for the posters, E. Adams.
