A handwritten certificate of appreciation is matted with orange-yellow strips of paper and set on a background of light blue paper. These have then been laminated onto a large wooden plaque. The award is written in varying forms of calligraphy and reads "Capt. BERCOVICH FURNITURE COMPANY; in appreciation of many years of outstanding sponsorship and cooperation of our American Legion Baseball program; Attest, Lester L.
