In the middle of the front two legs there is a silver star. An athlete stands on the base and in the middle of the three legs. He holds a scroll in one hand and reaches with one arm up holding laurel leaves. On the base is a silver plaque reading "Oakland Babe Ruth League City Championship Champions Persented by Oakland Police and Fire Departments."
