A large, plastic, gold colored baseball player stands at bat on top of a square, wooden platform. He is surrounded by four silver colored, plastic eagles, one in each corner. Their wooden base is held up by four gold colored pillars. The front of each is cut away to reveal flat metal sheets with a star pattern on them. They are set into a solid piece of dark wood. In the center between them stands a gold colored, male athlete holding a laurel branch over his head. A golden plate at the front of the base reads "1977 Area Thorobred Champions E. Bercovich & Son." All of this rests on a thinner, wider dark wooden base. A sticker underneath says the trophy is from Fontanetti's Sporting Goods of San Jose.
