This is a tri-fold wallet: the inside wallet unfolds into anothr tri-folding peice of leather, the center section has an accordion-like area that has two pouches, as well as an enclosed pouch with a fold-over closure that hooks to the inside flap, the outter flap wraps around to close the wallet with a leather tab.

Accession numbers 2000.171.146 and 2000.171.147 were found inside the wallet.
