Depiction: Four children stand by their mother and look up at the photographer. Each one wears a handwritten sign around their neck. They read: "Get the guard out," "Give us flowers and grass - not buckshot," and "The fence must go." The mother's sign reads "Must school children learn terror?" The family is participating in a protest march in Berkeley which photo notes call the Mother's March.
