"See old homes for dupe env. #25, Neg. # 10." Photo shows a view of Oakland taken from a window, roof, or balcony of Kelsey house. There are a few homes in the area around the Kelsey home but also a lot of empty fields (shows Downtown Oakland before major development). On the curved road in front of the house are several carriages with people standing beside them partially blocked by the trees lining the road. There are several women standing on the balcony of the house two doors down from the Kelsey house. They appear to be posing for the shot.
