This is probably the intersection of Harrison and Grand Avenues in Oakland with the Veterans Building on the far side of the four way intersection. The camera is pointed northeast, looking up Harrison St., which at that point has a landscaped, divided strip. There is a line of cars and two flat bed trucks on Grand Avenue moving into the intersection. Harrison Street has a triangular short cut into Grand Ave. at right center. A delivery truck with a rack and railing on top is moving out of the picture at bottom center.
