One auto is mooving north on Market St.; all the others are parked on either Market or California Streets. There is a concrete median strip on Market, with double globe street lights placed on the strip. At the extreme right of the photo there is a Railroad Crossing sign which warns drivers of the railroad tracks (not shown) that continue on into Berkeley.
