The signs on the front of this two-storey building read "Adult School/655 E. 14th St." The ground floor has a wide glass entrance with rectagular windows. The upper floor has even wider glass enclosed space. This may be a Recreation and Parks facility, but there is no doubt about what organization is responsible for the cardboard refuse receptacle at lower right because it bears the Oakland oak tree logo and the words "Parks and Recreation" printed on cardboard. The school appears to be in a residential area, based on the appearance of the two-storey house at the left edge.
