This is a view of the exterior of the BART Pleasant Hill train station. The photo is taken from driveway level. The station is two-storey, with fare gates at ground level. The tracks (not shown) and station run horizontally at the center of the photo. A typewritten description is affixed to the back of the photo, and it reads: "The Pleasant Hill Station, located at Treat Boulevard and Wildwood Lane in Pleasanton, is one of six stations that will serve the Concord Line patrons beginning Monday, May 21. The Pleasant Hill station was completed May 27, 1971 at a total cost of 3.2 million dollars. This includes landscaping and construction of the parking lot, which can accomodate 1337 automobiles."
