This short evening dress was modeled by Leta Ramos at a fashion show at the California State Fair in 1958. The fashion shows were daily for a week during the fair. At the end of the fair she was allowed to purchase it at discount. She likes it, always a favorite in her wardrobe. Made of sheer, chiffon over black taffeta, its trimmed at the hem with black ostrich plumes. The dress is a sheath style, no sleeves, jewel neck with a small self bow at the nape and waist back. Fastens in the back with a zipper.
