This is a pair of hand made baby shoes worn by Ella Scanga of San Francisco. A: Is the right shoe; B: is the left shoe. Each shoe is made of plaited white satin ribbon, white a white crochet sole and top. The top has a strap across the instep, with a single white button on the outside. The shoes were made by a refugee from El Salvador here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
