The Tribune photo, dated March 6, 1946, has the following caption on the back: "When Don Hubbard, Oakland pilot, set his plane down yesterday at the new Centerville area airport, he was greeted by Louis Cardozo (center) of the Lions Club airport committee and Loren Marriott, head of the Centerville Chamber of Commerce." Hubbard is posed, alighting from his airplane and shaking Cardozo's hand while Marriott, behind Cardozo, observes.
