A ground level view of three, and possibly four, hangars, each with a rounded- arch-shaped roof. The hangar nearest the camera is at right center;it has double bays, each with its own arch roof. A row of four propellor driven Navy aircraft, as per the notation on the back, is lined up to the left of the hangar. An amphibian Navy aircraft is at the right edge, as is a single wing fighter or training aircraft. A notation on the back of the photo indicates that it was to be used in the 1946 [Oakland?] Year Book, p.50, #1
